Our client was a 35-year-old gentleman who was riding his motorcycle when he was involved in a collision with a box truck from out of state. The rental truck only had a $100,000 liability policy. Our client suffered road rash and severe skin damage, and incurred over $150,000 in medical bills. Our client was a 61-year-old gentleman merely walking his dog on a sidewalk when a street paving company was loading a paver nearby.
